We are searching for a Digital Growth Hacker - a passionate, results-obsessed strategist ready to fully own and scale our company's digital presence. What You Will Own

You will be driving our digital marketing initiatives, from foundational SEO to cutting-edge content, Social media strategies and Ad campaigns.

  • Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media, and Nurturing campaigns, ensure peak search engine visibility and conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data to identify high-leverage growth opportunities. Find the "cracks" in the market and exploit them with smart, unconventional digital tactics.
  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget and technology stack, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Develop a high-impact content strategy (blogs, case studies, white papers, video) that addresses the pain points of cloud buyers and establishes us as a thought leader.
  • Implement and monitor key metrics (CPA, CLV, conversion rates, organic ranking) to provide transparent reporting to the leadership team.
  • Build and execute a compelling social media strategy that engages our target audience, drives traffic, and reinforces our brand narrative.
  • Design and manage strategic B2B advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and specialized cloud/tech channels to generate high-quality MQLs and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Monitor Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), constantly seeking efficiencies and maximizing the value of every advertising dollar spent.
  • Act as the voice of the business in the digital world, working hand-in-hand with sales, tech, and leadership to align digital initiatives with company goals.

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a fast-paced digital marketing role, preferably within the B2B tech/SaaS/Cloud services sector.
  • You are intensely curious, constantly testing new ideas, and committed to upskilling yourself as the company and digital landscape evolve.
  • You inherently "own it." You don't wait for instructions; you identify problems and deliver solutions. You view success as a direct outcome of your strategic decisions.
  • Proficient with major analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs) and capable of translating complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Possess hands-on experience in In-organic advertising campaign strategies.
  • Ability to clearly present digital strategies and results to senior leadership.
