The Executive - Project Planning is responsible for executing and supporting project planning activities on-site. This role involves assisting in project coordination, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to specifications, managing material logistics, and supporting financial and reporting tasks. The position requires close collaboration with subcontractors, vendors, and project authorities to ensure seamless execution.Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination
Assist in on-site project execution, ensuring adherence to approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams for daily work execution and resolve operational challenges.Track project milestones and report deviations to ensure proactive corrective actions.Support compliance with safety and quality standards, ensuring site adherence to regulations.Material & Resource Management
Assist in material planning, ensuring timely availability of required resources to prevent delays.Coordinate logistics and monitor material usage to optimize efficiency and minimize wastage.Verify material reconciliation statements and ensure alignment with project scope.Site Supervision & Compliance
Conduct on-site inspections to verify work progress, adherence to designs, and compliance with project specifications.Report and document any discrepancies or potential risks affecting project timelines or quality.Assist in contractor billing verification based on completed work and ensure accurate documentation.Financial & Cost Control Support
Assist in cost control measures by tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Support in reviewing contractor invoices and ensuring alignment with work completion reports.Provide assistance in monitoring project budget utilization and reporting financial variances.Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, providing updates on progress, material usage, and financials.Support MIS reporting, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for management reviews.Assist in document control, including maintaining logs for approvals, drawings, and compliance records.Key Stakeholders - Internal
