Deputy Manager - Projects

As a candidate for this role, you should have a good knowledge of finishing materials, works, and methodologies. You must also be proficient in understanding BOQs, drawings, and coordinating with other service drawings. Your responsibilities will include: - Checking activities related to civil and finishing work - Monitoring day-to-day activities - Resolving issues within the specified time frame - Assisting the site engineer in closing snag points and ongoing works - Implementing hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures in consultation with the site manager and safety officers - Preparing bar bending schedules and taking off civil work quantities To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and have around 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, and knowledge of AutoCAD would be an added advantage. Prior experience working with a Real Estate Developer is preferred.,
