Responsibilities Coordination with internal and external Stakeholders To Deliver High Level Executive Support to CEO Office Scheduling meetings with HODs/appointment/travel etc Letter writing’s Preparing presentation for stakeholders/investors & Board Meeting Compile data & data aggregation Claims / Reimbursements Voucher Management Managing schedules and appointments to ensure efficient time management for the CEO Office. Handling communication, including drafting emails, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Performing administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and engagements Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed Qualifications Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience 8-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Proven track record of supporting C-level executives Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
