Coordinate with transporters like GSPL to manage the logistics of gas distribution effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors for site surveys and recommendations. Implement advanced supply chain analytics to optimize inventory levels and reduce storage expenses. Establish a vendor performance evaluation system to ensure quality and adherence to service level agreements. Customer Relations & Market Expansion Engage with domestic and CNG customers to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction levels. Expand the company's presence by identifying and developing new commercial and industrial customer segments.
