As a Junior Associate in the Partnership & Collaboration team, your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential collaborators such as brands, content creators, and podcast guests. You will play a key role in identifying and approaching potential brands for partnerships, particularly for the XP shop. Throughout the partnership tenure, you will be coordinating with the respective Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure smooth collaboration and meeting set deliverables from every business partnership. Developing and maintaining a monthly content calendar, conducting research for business development activities, and verifying the credibility of each partnership will also be part of your responsibilities.
