Assisting in Project planning, co-ordinating tasks and ensure timely execution. Collaborating with Cross functional teams, monitoring project progress & identifying potential risks. Communicate project goals to the team & contribute to the development of project Key Responsibilties Business Development Client Servicing Team Management Mandatory skills Graduate/MBA with 3-5 years of experience (4-5 yrs of relevant exp in Asset Finance) Understanding of Sales Finance Business and its profit drivers. Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills. Ability to set & manage targets/budgets. Ability to manage manufacturers/ partnerships / sales channels Desirable Skills Demonstrated ability in Sales Planning and conceptualizing Promotions and Marketing Initiatives. Good Articulation Ability, Decision making and Leadership Skills
