We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist / Manager with 5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience to lead integrated demand generation campaigns, drive pipeline growth, and fuel business expansion. This role requires both creativity and analytical rigor, with a proven ability to build programs that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities.
Campaigns & Programs
Understand the nuances of each market and develop market-specific content and digital marketing plans to build awareness, interest, and consideration.
Plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email campaigns, PPC ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.) to build pipeline.
Lead and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, focusing on strategy, messaging, and execution.
Plan and organize events and roundtables (virtual and in-person) including third-party partnerships, to generate high-quality leads.
Optimize campaigns to ensure channel efficiency and ROI.
Identify and experiment with new channels to expand pipeline opportunities.
Content & Partnerships
Generate thought leadership content including whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, blogs, and research reports.
Build partnerships with technology partners, research firms, and knowledge partners to launch joint marketing programs.
Drive branding initiatives through local PR and targeted publications.
Monitor competitive intelligence and design shadow marketing programs to stay ahead of the market.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align demand generation with go-to-market initiatives.
Manage external vendors and agencies as required.
Engage with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify XenonStack’s presence in the AI ecosystem.
5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven track record in demand generation, growth, and pipeline building.
Strong experience with ABM programs, integrated campaigns, and pipeline acceleration.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
Deep experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, Google PPC/Analytics, SEO/SEM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and content.
Highly analytical mindset, comfortable working with large data sets to identify patterns and optimize campaigns.
Creativity + data-driven discipline to balance innovative ideas with measurable business outcomes.
MBA (Marketing/Strategy) from a Tier I B-School preferred.
