Demand Generation Specialist

Please find the key responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, industry events, etc.).
• Should have good communication skills.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria to determine potential fit for our cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns targeting specific industries or verticals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,Zoho).
• Schedule discovery meetings or demos between prospects and the sales team.
• Nurture leads through the sales funnel with targeted follow-ups and content.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and ROI of campaigns.
• Stay informed about cloud technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Should be aware of BANT criteria.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or demand generation, preferably in the cloud or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud computing concepts.
• Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in B2B cloud services or IT infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Understanding of sales funnels, MQL/SQL processes, and lead nurturing best practices.
• Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
