Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails from potential customers seeking internet services. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable internet plan based on usage, location, and budget. Explain plan features, pricing, bundles, and installation timelines in a clear and friendly manner. Convert qualified leads into paying customers by guiding them through the sales process. Manage customer records and sales pipeline through CRM tools. Collaborate with technical and customer support teams when needed to ensure smooth onboarding. Meet or exceed monthly inbound sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, or a customer service environment. Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or US accent preferred). Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Comfortable explaining technical products to non-technical customers. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus. Ability to work US business hours or evening/night shifts as per time zone. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of US internet plans (fiber, DSL, satellite, etc.). Prior experience in handling high-volume inbound inquiries. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and offerings. Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
