Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in the marketing and service sectors. The candidate must be proactive, strategic, and capable of building lasting client relationships that generate revenue and long-term value. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients across marketing and service-based industries through market research, networking, and outbound strategies. Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. Create tailored proposals, presentations, and business development plans to address client needs. Understand client pain points and work with internal teams to offer effective solutions. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and build brand awareness. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance using CRM tools. Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep strategies sharp and relevant. Requirements: Any bachelor's degree or in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) in a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in marketing or service-based companies. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital trends, and client-focused service delivery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with sales CRM platforms and reporting tools.
