BuildsBooster helps businesses grow online through tailored digital marketing services, including website development, social media marketing, paid campaigns, branding and content creation. We’re now expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and build long-term relationships.
Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries (real estate, e-commerce, startups, local businesses etc.)
Pitch our services confidently and close deals with business owners, founders and decision-makers
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, networking and follow-ups
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (commission basis)
Report progress and share insights with the leadership team
Proven experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales or client acquisition roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and driven to achieve high commissions
Familiarity with digital marketing services is a big plus
Ability to work remotely with flexible hours
Strong network or ability to generate leads independently
Attractive commission on every closed deal (recurring incentives available)
