As we expand, we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help us scale our client base across domestic and international markets. Role Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our sales engine—driving lead generation, client engagement, and pre-sales collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who has 2 years of B2B inside sales experience in IT, SaaS, or cloud services and is excited to work in a high-growth, tech-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, etc.). Initial Outreach: Engage prospects to understand their business needs and position Whistlemind’s services effectively. Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings or demos for senior sales and solution teams. Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by preparing pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and custom documentation. Pipeline Management: Track leads and maintain updated records in the CRM. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and initiatives. Reporting: Provide weekly reports on lead status, outreach efforts, and performance metrics. Target Focus: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and quarterly targets. Required Qualifications 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or lead generation—preferably in IT, cloud services, or SaaS. Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets or lead-gen quotas. Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive (both written and verbal). Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho. Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and buyer personas. Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms (certification or hands-on exposure is a plus). Preferred Skills Experience in IT or cloud services domain (AWS, CDN, WAF, or DevOps services). Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar. Strong research skills to understand target markets and decision-makers. Ability to craft personalized outreach messages based on prospect needs. Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams. We collaborate with AWS Partner Programs such as Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), Well-Architected Framework, and AI/ML Competency initiatives to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions for global clients across India, UAE, and the US. Role Overview We’re seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to design and execute B2B marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads across India and UAE markets. The ideal candidate will blend digital marketing expertise, data analytics, and a growth mindset to generate pipeline opportunities for Whistlemind’s Cloud, DevOps, and AI services. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, paid ads). Build and optimize region-specific campaigns highlighting AWS, Cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML solutions. Partner with Sales to define lead qualification (MQL → SQL) and conversion processes. Maintain structured lead databases segmented by region and service focus. Work with content and design teams to produce case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages showcasing Whistlemind’s cloud and AI capabilities. Support webinars, events, and partner marketing activities aligned with AWS initiatives. Manage email nurture campaigns, automation workflows, and retargeting ads. Track campaign KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, CPL, ROI) and optimize continuously. Generate monthly reports with actionable insights by geography and service line. Experiment with new digital channels, ad formats, and marketing automation tools. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 1 years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing. Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Email Automation Tools Excellent communication, creative and analytical thinking. Ability to run campaigns for both India and UAE markets.
