As a Manager, you’ll lead a team of 2-5 members in a territory. You are required to understand the business of the client, build relationships, enhance trust and provide consultancy along with hands-on design and development of the solution.
Specific Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Advanced knowledge with data analytics tools (e.g. Alteryx, PowerBI) and its application in business environments.
- Lead multiple teams to perform assurance reviews across a variety of internal controls (technology and business
process).
- Perform engagement scoping, planning, monitoring of engagement status and economics with advanced understanding of technology risks.
- Collaborate effectively with teams locally and other regions and the clients.
- Coach team members in completing tasks and support their career development and aspiration.
- Review work completed by team members to meet quality requirements.
- Lead multiple end-to-end IT general control (ITGC) reviews and providing IT support to external audit engagements (e.g. user access, passwords, change management, computer operations)
- Developing and executing internal control test procedures, assessing the design and operating effectiveness of controls in mitigating risks - includes automated, manual, IT dependent controls and report assurance.
- Performing advanced data analysis to support test procedures
- Presenting ideas and recommendations to address identified control gaps, both in design of processes and results of operational effectiveness testing to teams and the clients.
- Review and complete risk assessment and mitigation for reported control findings.
- Draft client deliverables (e.g. reports) for the Engagement Leader review
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in any reputable tertiary organization
- Candidates must have leadership experience in a team environment.

- Must have at least 5 years assurance experience in internal controls and / or business process testing.
- Experience in technology risk (e.g. IT General Controls, information security) is favorable as well as previous experience in shared service delivery centers.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial risks management, operational risk management and compliance requirements
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experienced working with major ERP such as SAP, Oracle and/or in technology security management is highly regarded.
