About the Team

You’ll join the AI/ML Data Governance Solutions Team within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) division. This team leverages advanced data practices, analytics, and machine learning to deliver insights, power decision-making, and ensure customer data protection. Their mission is to responsibly harness data to provide value for customers and create competitive advantage for the business, while also maintaining integrity, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and other visualization tools to support business decision-making.
• Query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, insights, and support data-driven initiatives.
• Develop and automate data analysis workflows and models using Python or Alteryx.
• Support data engineering activities: ETL processes, building pipelines, and integrating data through Alteryx.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes with scripting and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to AI/ML projects, supporting model development and implementation while consulting on effective solutions.
• Participate in data governance practices, including data quality checks, lineage tracking, and metadata management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with Alteryx for data workflows and automation.
• Understanding of distributed file systems (e.g., SharePoint, Shared Drive).
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Data Management, or Legal/Decision Science with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts including PII, metadata, compliance, and risk management.
• Prior experience in Legal, Audit, Risk, or Compliance functions.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
