About the Role

We are hiring a QA Testing Associate with a focus on automated testing for front-end, back-end, and AI-driven systems. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and Automation Testing. You will gain hands-on experience with JavaScript and Python testing frameworks, work on API testing, UI automation, and LLM testing, and contribute to delivering reliable and scalable software systems.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Testing

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Perform cross-browser testing and visual regression testing.
• Validate UI components by interacting with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript elements.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and optimize automation strategies.

Back-End Testing

• Implement automated API testing using pytest, unittest, Robot Framework, or Requests library.
• Perform integration testing for frontend-backend interactions, including mocking and stubbing APIs.
• Verify database integrity and data flow across multiple layers.
• Debug issues using network monitoring tools and Python debugging utilities.

LLM & AI Testing

• Conduct prompt testing, response validation, and output format verification for AI models.
• Automate LLM testing frameworks with statistical analysis of AI outputs.
• Optimize token usage and measure latency, performance, and scalability of AI-driven systems.

Test Management & CI/CD

• Execute automated tests across Cypress and Python frameworks.
• Implement parallel test execution, retries, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Use Docker containerization to create consistent testing environments.
• Generate detailed test reports and share results with stakeholders.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• JavaScript (ES6+) proficiency for front-end automation.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and browser debugging tools.
• Experience with pytest, Robot Framework, or unittest for API testing.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging tools.

AI/LLM Testing Skills:

• Ability to validate AI model responses and prompts.
• Understanding of automated AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with performance testing and optimization in AI-driven apps is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn modern QA practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
