About the Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our remote engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career developers (0–3 years of experience) who want to work on end-to-end product development. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable web applications, integrating APIs, and leveraging AI/LLMs to automate workflows. You’ll work with technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, Python, and cloud integrations to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build full-stack MVP web applications using React.js/Next.js frontend and FastAPI/Node.js backend.
• Integrate APIs with third-party platforms and real estate data sources (e.g., CoStar, Zillow, Yardi Matrix, Neighborhood Scout).
• Implement document upload, parsing, and data extraction for PDFs and Excel files (T12s, Rent Rolls).
• Leverage LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for summarization, categorization, and structured data transformation.
• Auto-populate Excel-based real estate financial models with extracted data.
• Implement deal evaluation logic (pass/fail) based on user-defined investment filters.
• Build export features: PDF executive summaries, Excel models, and automated LOI (Letter of Intent) generation.
• Design a dashboard for deal tracking, performance metrics, and monitoring API connections.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) or JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
• Strong frontend development skills with React.js / Next.js.
• Experience in API integration (OAuth, REST, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of file parsing, data extraction, and working with structured/unstructured data.
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Understanding of real estate concepts such as T12, rent rolls, cash-on-cash returns, and cap rate.
• Strong sense of UI/UX for building financial dashboards and user-friendly tools.
