About the Role

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to work on AI-driven applications, backend systems, and automation workflows. You’ll contribute to building scalable solutions that power CV generation, PDF pipelines, APIs, and AI integrations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows in N8N.
• Work on the JSON → LaTeX → PDF pipeline to support CV generation.
• Collaborate on prompt engineering to improve AI/LLM outputs.
• Build and manage back-end APIs and services using Node.js or Python.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Work closely with the team to deliver features quickly and reliably.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Node.js or Python programming.
• Exposure to AI/LLMs and prompt engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Interest in automation tools such as N8N.
• Understanding of JSON data handling and ability to work with LaTeX templates.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a startup environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Prior internships, coursework, or side projects in AI development or automation.
