Job Description

As a Data Analytics Analyst on the CSG Professional Services Analytics team at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights and dashboards. Your responsibilities will include using Tableau to create interactive visualizations, developing a deep understanding of enterprise data and business drivers, building predictive analytics models, and wrangling data sets using Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau to draw meaningful correlations and measure business impact. You will collaborate with the data engineering team to automate manual reporting processes, develop data warehouse catalog, and enhance dataset quality. Additionally, you will maintain data accuracy, conduct audits, and implement robust data solutions. Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and Tableau, along with familiarity with Snowflake, Airflow, ETL, and data pipelines, will be essential for success in this role. An understanding of Salesforce products, platform features, and best practices, including CRMA and Tableau, will also be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and data analysis, preferably in the professional services or SaaS industry. Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, relational databases, Salesforce, and programming (ETL frameworks) will be beneficial. Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages for analyzing datasets will be an added advantage. A basic understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and the ability to quickly grasp technological and business concepts are key qualifications for this role. Nice to have knowledge of Python programming language.
