Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with PC&C partnering and CoE VPs and their teams to foster the People Analytics relationship - Understand business requirements and act as a trusted consultant to work through complex problems - Perform complex analytics using core data analysis and manipulation skills - Support business transformation activities using organizational design skills - Work cross-functionally across PC&C to ensure seamless operations of reporting and resolve technical problems Qualifications Required: - Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Studies, Economics, Maths, Statistics, Analytics, or equivalent experience - Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in delivering data insights within large global organizations - Strong data analytics ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience with transactional P&C data such as Talent Acquisition, Learning, Reward, Recognition, Talent management - Proficiency in merging and combining multiple data sources to generate integrated insights - Hands-on experience in a core HR system, preferably Workday - Problem-solving skills, high numeracy, and curiosity to continuously learn - Experience in translating business requirements into functional designs and managing stakeholder expectations Additional Company Details: At bp, you will be part of an excellent working environment that promotes an open and inclusive culture, work-life balance, and tremendous learning and development opportunities.
