Job Summary

As a Customer Success Executive (Product), you will act as the primary advocate for customers using the Zato platform. You will ensure clients get maximum value from the platform, drive feature adoption, and provide actionable feedback to the Product and Engineering teams. Your role will focus on enhancing the customer experience on a product-driven platform, rather than delivering individual client services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers using the Zato platform throughout their lifecycle.
  • Onboard new customers and guide them to adopt platform features effectively.
  • Understand client workflows to provide product-driven recommendations for efficiency and compliance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, product walkthroughs, and usage reviews to optimize platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to escalate issues, provide feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and proactively identify churn risks or adoption gaps.
  • Identify opportunities to expand feature usage and drive value realization from the platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insights in CRM and analytics tools.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Experience, or Client Management (preferably in a SaaS/product-based environment).
  • Strong understanding of accounting and compliance workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a product-focused, customer-first approach.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
