Role Overview: As a Customer Success Executive at the company, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for students, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and assisting them in developing a solid understanding of stock market basics. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the initial support contact for students and clients. - Resolve beginner to intermediate-level queries pertaining to equity, derivatives, intraday vs. swing trading, technical and fundamental analysis. - Cultivate strong relationships with students through timely responses and clear explanations. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. - Monitor student engagement, offer feedback, and guarantee a seamless learning journey. - Contribute insights to enhance training modules based on recurring student inquiries. Qualifications Required: - Solid comprehension of stock market principles such as Equity, Derivatives, Intraday vs Swing trading, Technical and Fundamental analysis (fundamentals). - Proficient communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi/other regional languages is a plus). - Ability to simplify and elucidate concepts in an understandable manner. - Customer-centric approach with adept problem-solving abilities. - Previous experience in customer success, student support, or roles related to the stock market will be advantageous.
