Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management

  • Provide continuous support to customers after onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins or reviews to discuss goals, share platform usage insights, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Renewals & Account Growth

  • Lead subscription and contract renewal discussions with customers.
  • Monitor account health, usage data, and engagement to identify risks or opportunities.
  • Work proactively to improve customer retention and support expansion opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to address customer requirements.
  • Communicate customer insights, feedback, and feature requests to relevant teams for product improvement.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate customer records, activity logs, and account updates in internal systems.
  • Prepare reports on account status, renewal forecasts, and usage trends for internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to offer informed guidance to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or related roles. Experience in B2B or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of procurement, sales, distribution, or general business operations (industry exposure is a bonus but not mandatory).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP or SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive insights to support customer outcomes.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage expectations effectively.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-centric, and a strong team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
