Job Title: Customer Success Executive Location: Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore About the Role We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Customer Success Executive with a strong background in Stock Market concepts . You will be the primary point of contact for students, ensuring their queries are resolved and they gain confidence in stock market basics. If you enjoy guiding learners and simplifying finance concepts, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Act as the first line of support for students and clients. Address and resolve beginner to intermediate-level doubts related to equity, derivatives, intraday vs. swing trading, technical and fundamental analysis . Maintain strong relationships with students by providing timely responses and clear explanations. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex queries when needed. Track student engagement, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth learning experience. Share insights to improve training modules based on recurring student queries. Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of stock market concepts : Equity, Derivatives Intraday vs Swing trading Technical and Fundamental analysis (basics) Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/other regional languages will be a bonus). Ability to explain concepts in a simple and relatable manner. Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills. Prior experience in customer success, student support, or stock market-related roles will be an advantage. Work Location Office-based role at Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore
