About the Role

Customer Success Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of support for students and clients.
  • Address and resolve beginner to intermediate-level doubts related to

    equity, derivatives, intraday vs. swing trading, technical and fundamental analysis

    .
  • Maintain strong relationships with students by providing timely responses and clear explanations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex queries when needed.
  • Track student engagement, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Share insights to improve training modules based on recurring student queries.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of

    stock market concepts

    :
  • Equity, Derivatives
  • Intraday vs Swing trading
  • Technical and Fundamental analysis (basics)
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English

    (Hindi/other regional languages will be a bonus).
  • Ability to explain concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in

    customer success, student support, or stock market-related roles

    will be an advantage.


Work Location

  • Office-based role at

    Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore
