Customer Success Executive | Ahmedabad


Bummer is a D2C lifestyle brand built around comfort-first products. We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive who enjoys solving problems, talking to customers & building long-term trust.

What You’ll Do


- Handle customer queries via calls, email, chat, WhatsApp & social media

- Resolve order, delivery, product & payment related issues

- Manage complaints with empathy and timely follow-ups

- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution

- Follow CX SOPs, quality standards & communication guidelines

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and a great brand experience


What We’re Looking For


- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / CX (E-commerce preferred)

- Strong English & Hindi communication skills

- Comfortable with customer calls, feedback calls & written conversations

- Good multitasking and time-management abilities
