What You’ll Do : Apparel & Innerwear Design : Design seasonal collections across men’s & women’s categories — innerwear, loungewear, t-shirts, swimwear and new categories Own the full product cycle from concept to final sample: moodboards, sketches, print design, CADs, fit iterations, sampling & production (closely work with merchandising team) Work with graphic and print designers to ensure every garment and print express one cohesive & fun brand story Constantly refine fits based on customer feedback, internal tests and your own high standards. Create detailed tech packs with specs, trims, construction details and BOMs for vendors. Coordinate with merchandising & production teams to make sure what we dream of actually looks and feels great IRL too. You’ll fill right in if you: Have 2-4 years of experience in fashion design or D2C apparel. Both mens & womens. Know your way around Illustrator, Photoshop, Techpacks, maybe CLO3D or something fancier Can sketch like a pro, explain your ideas clearly and collaborate without ego Have a sharp eye for detail — from seam placement to color matching to label alignment Can think commercially and creatively (good idea, but can it scale?) Are equally comfortable working on quick turnaround launches and long-term seasonal collections Have a strong aesthetic sense. What You’ll Do : Brand Marketing : Continue to refine Bummer’s brand universe & build consistency in our positioning. Collaborate, plan & execute Bummer’s brand marketing campaigns (online & offline) Build out monthly social media & campaign strategies. Cross collaborate to amplify product & campaign launches. Ideate, pitch & help build content that drives engagement & growth. Lead influencer strategy - discovery, execution & reporting. Benchmark competition & identify new opportunities for Bummer to stand out. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and turn insights into action. You’ll fill right in if you: Have a genuine love for brand building & building content. Know your way around Instagram, Meta, X, YouTube etc. Can spot a bad story from a mile away & know how to fix it. Are comfortable experimenting, failing fast & pivoting. Can break down data without sounding like a robot & use it to tell better stories. Love collaborating with designers, team members & external stakeholders (without losing your cool).
