Intercompany & Bank Reconciliation Oversee intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Manage bank reconciliation processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues promptly, maintaining accurate financial records. Implement and maintain effective reconciliation controls and procedures. 4. Monthly Financial Closure Supervise the monthly financial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key variances and financial performance. Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards during the closing process. 5. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide training and guidance on financial processes, systems, and best practices. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with auditors and senior management. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. There will be travelling of approx 10 days in a Month.
