Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and parents to promote
PrepInsta Prime subscription programs
.
Conduct outbound calls to leads and follow up via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Understand student goals and provide relevant program suggestions and demos.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a high-conversion environment.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions in CRM.
Coordinate with the support and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding of students.

Requirements:

02 years of experience in
B2C telesales, edtech, or student counselling

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Passionate about education and student success.
Comfortable working in target-driven roles.
