Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Odia Exam Counsellor at Adda247 located in Gurugram. The Odia Exam Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to Odia-speaking students preparing for exams, conducting counseling sessions, and ensuring their academic success. Qualifications Proficiency in Odia language Experience in exam counseling or education field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with diverse groups of students Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field Familiarity with exam patterns and preparation strategies Empathy and understanding towards student needs Previous experience in coaching or mentoring is a plus Show more Show less
