Drive Sales: Own and execute the sales process for our 6-month cohort-based learning programs in skills like Full Stack Development, Digital Marketing, GenAI, Data Science & Analytics.
Engage & Convert: Connect with potential learners, understand their needs, and guide them towards enrolment in our career-transforming programs.
Build Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with students through consultative selling and exceptional communication.
Collaborate & Achieve: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and meet enrolment targets.
1+ years of experience in EdTech sales (B2C preferred)
Proven track record of selling high-ticket or cohort-based programs
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
A go-getter mindset with a passion for career counselling and student success
