To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.
Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.

Having a problem-solving approach.
Work closely with internal teams (claims, underwriting, accounts) to ensure smooth operations.
Support the sales team in generating leads and closing business. Requirements:
Commercial insurance experience, e. g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful
B2B sales experience is a must
The candidate may have worked with an insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.
A strong problem-solving approach
Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives
Drive to build a large business and progress within our organization
Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
Knowledge of General Insurance products
Experience with broking portals and insurer systems
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Finance / Insurance (preferred)
IRDAI certification (if applicable for the role)
5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, with a strong focus in the insurance domain (mandatory)
Proven experience in handling corporate clients and delivering sales targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
Good knowledge of insurance products and corporate sales processes
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred

Travel Requirement: Travel is mandatory as part of the job (client meetings, business development, etc.)
