Key Responsibilities:


 To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.

 Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.

 Demonstrating strong teamwork, self- and team leadership.

 Displaying consistently high energy, integrity, and commitment to the job.

 Having a problem-solving approach.

 Work closely with internal teams (claims, underwriting, accounts) to ensure smooth operations.

 Support the sales team in generating leads and closing business. Requirements:

 Commercial insurance experience, e. g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful

 B2B sales experience is a must

 The candidate may have worked with an insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.

 Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.

A strong problem-solving approach

 Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives

 Drive to build a large business and progress within our organization

 Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.


Smart Skills:


 Knowledge of General Insurance products

 Experience with broking portals and insurer systems

 Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools


Qualifications:


 Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

 MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Finance / Insurance (preferred)

 IRDAI certification (if applicable for the role)


Experience:


 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, with a strong focus in the insurance domain (mandatory)

 Proven experience in handling corporate clients and delivering sales targets

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills

 Good knowledge of insurance products and corporate sales processes

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred

Additional Information:  Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

(2nd Saturday will be a week off)


Work Mode: This is a Work from Office role, remote work is not available


Travel Requirement: Travel is mandatory as part of the job (client meetings, business development, etc.)
