Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Relations Manager

Department: Sales / Business Development / Marketing
Reporting To: General Manager / Head of Sales / Director

Job Summary:

The Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely communication and service excellence. The role focuses on driving B2B sales, developing corporate tie-ups, and enhancing brand presence among corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients for business development and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with HR managers, admin heads, and decision-makers in target companies.
  • Conduct corporate visits, presentations, and meetings to promote company services/products.
  • Manage existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets through corporate sales.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to deliver client expectations smoothly.
  • Maintain a client database and update CRM tools with timely follow-ups and lead progress.
  • Organize and attend corporate events, exhibitions, or networking forums to increase brand visibility.
  • Resolve client queries or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on corporate sales performance and pipeline.

  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, key account management, or business development

Preferred Industries:

Hospitality, Staffing, Education, IT Services, Corporate Services, Event Management, or any client-facing B2B environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
