Key Responsibilities:  To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.  Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.  Demonstrating strong teamwork, self- and team leadership.  Displaying consistently high energy, integrity, and commitment to the job.  Having a problem-solving approach.  Work closely with internal teams (claims, underwriting, accounts) to ensure smooth operations.  Support the sales team in generating leads and closing business. Requirements:  Commercial insurance experience, e. g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful  B2B sales experience is a must  The candidate may have worked with an insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.  Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.  A strong problem-solving approach  Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives  Drive to build a large business and progress within our organization  Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
