Job Overview :

We are seeking a tech-savvy, results- Techo Marking – Insurance Broking to drive corporate insurance sales and business growth.

The role combines strategic sales, digital engagement, and technical expertise across Employee Benefits, Fire, Engineering, and Liability insurance.


Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

· Act as the primary contact for key corporate clients.

· Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Understand client business needs and provide suitable risk & insurance solutions.

Service Delivery & Operations

· Oversee policy issuance, endorsements, claims support, and renewals.

· Ensure timely delivery of policy documents, certificates, and reports.

· Coordinate with insurers for competitive pricing and coverage enhancements.

Business Retention & Growth

· Manage renewal strategies for large corporate accounts.

· Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing clients.

· Support business development teams in new client pitches by providing servicing insights.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead and mentor a team of servicing executives and managers.

• Monitor SLA adherence, ensure process efficiency, and reduce errors.

• Implement best practices for client engagement and service excellence.

• Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.

• Build relationships with HR managers, benefits managers, and C-suite executives.

• Conduct digital and in-person presentations, negotiate deals, and close contracts.

• Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and digital content.

• Oversee Employee Benefits advisory, claims resolution, and compliance.

• Provide analytics-driven sales reports and mentor sales team members.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.


Technical Expertise:

• Fire Insurance: Asset protection, RIV, and claims advocacy.

• Engineering Insurance: CAR, EAR, MB policies, technical underwriting.

• Liability Insurance: CGL, PI/E&O, D&O coverage and risk mitigation.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.

• 5–8 years in corporate sales/business development within insurance.

• Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and market trends.

• CRM proficiency, digital engagement skills, and analytical mindset.

• Willing to travel
