  • Manage and support the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Handle recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure timely execution of joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
  • Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and internal hiring needs.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:


  • 6 to 8 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Preferred:

  • Experience in the

    insurance industry

    is an added advantage.
