Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Content Writer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional writing skills but also a strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and storytelling across digital platforms. You will play a key role in producing engaging, value-driven content that resonates with target audiences, strengthens brand presence, and drives measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread compelling content including blogs, website copy, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, ad copies, social posts, scripts, and video storyboards.
  • Content Strategy: Assist in developing content strategies that align with marketing campaigns, buyer personas, and the overall brand voice.
  • SEO & Optimization: Research keywords and apply SEO best practices to maximize organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Content Distribution: Manage publishing and distribution across multiple platforms (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email campaigns, and third-party media).
  • Data-Driven Content: Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools to optimize future content.
  • Thought Leadership: Produce research-backed, industry-specific articles and reports to position Wildnet as a leader in Digital Marketing and IT Services.
  • Brand Storytelling: Support HR/employer branding initiatives with engaging culture-driven stories, campaigns, and employee spotlights.
  • Innovation: Experiment with emerging formats such as podcasts, video shorts, interactive content, and AI-driven content frameworks.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior writers and interns, ensuring quality, consistency, and professional growth.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Grammarly, Hemingway, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Google Analytics, and content publishing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Bonus: Experience with video scriptwriting, podcast content, or AI-based writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience writing for B2B industries such as Technology, SaaS, BFSI, E-commerce, Healthcare, or EdTech.
  • Knowledge of content personalization, lead-nurture campaigns, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Ability to conduct interviews with subject matter experts and translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
