Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in running ROI-driven performance campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and scale Meta (Facebook + Instagram) performance campaigns for skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments. Manage high-budget ad spends (upto ₹50L per month) with strong control on CPL, CPA, and conversion quality. Build, test, and optimize CBO/ABO structures , custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels. Manage tracking hygiene: Pixel setup, Events Manager structure, attribution windows, offline conversions, UTM-based tracking , etc. Analyse lead flow, lead quality, and appointment conversions in collaboration with sales & CRM teams.
