As we scale operations, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Executive to support and lead key HR functions across our clinics. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, attendance management, performance reviews, and internal HR communication. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR processes and labor laws, with strong people management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation Maintain and regularly update HR databases, attendance, and leave records Oversee employee engagement, internal policies, grievance handling, and performance tracking Draft appointment letters, contracts, warning letters, and exit documents Ensure labor law compliance, ESI/PF, minimum wage rules, and other statutory norms Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and training needs Organize HR audits and support payroll inputs with accuracy Assist in building HR SOPs for a multi-city clinical setup Requirements MBA in Human Resources or equivalent 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred) Proficiency in HR tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic HR software Strong written and spoken English Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail What We Offer Opportunity to work in a growing healthcare brand with multi-city presence Dynamic work environment with learning exposure across recruitment, compliance, and operations Leadership opportunities as the brand expands to new locations Competitive salary based on experience On-site role in a modern clinic headquarters in Baner, Pune
