Reborn Clinics is a trusted name in skin, hair, and wellness solutions. As we scale operations across locations, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage day-to-day financial operations and deliver data-driven reporting using advanced Excel tools and techniques.

Role Overview:

The Accountant – Finance & Reporting will handle financial records, billing, expense tracking, and cash flow across branches. The ideal candidate is strong in Excel-based analysis, formulas, dashboards, and can work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries, billing, and reconciliation of clinic transactions.

Prepare financial reports including profit & loss, cash flow, and balance sheets.

Manage accounts payable/receivable and branch-level expense monitoring.

Use Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Data Validation, Macros, Dashboards) for reporting and automation.

Coordinate with internal teams for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closings.

Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.

Track campaign budgets, vendor payouts, and ROI analysis in coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in healthcare, clinics, or service-based business)

Strong command of Advanced Excel and comfort with large datasets

Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software

Attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality in handling financial data
