HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation
• Maintain and regularly update HR databases, attendance, and leave records
• Oversee employee engagement, internal policies, grievance handling, and performance tracking
• Draft appointment letters, contracts, warning letters, and exit documents
• Ensure labor law compliance, ESI/PF, minimum wage rules, and other statutory norms
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and training needs
• Organize HR audits and support payroll inputs with accuracy
• Assist in building HR SOPs for a multi-city clinical setup

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent
• 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred)
• Proficiency in HR tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic HR software
• Strong written and spoken English
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
