Assistant Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts & Data Entry Executive

Job Location: Charni Road, Mumbai

Working Days & Timings:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and update company data.
• Enter purchase, sales, and expense data into the system.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Maintain records of payments and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and cash books.
• Assist in GST entries, returns, and basic compliance work.
• Maintain customer and vendor master data.
• Handle filing of documents and record keeping.
• Support senior accountant in routine accounting tasks.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in data entry and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Tally / accounting software preferred.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of GST is an advantage.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Qualification:

• Minimum Graduate/Deploma in Commerce preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
