Qualified Company Secretary Objective: This Role is responsible for overseeing the legal affairs and corporate governance of the company. This role ensures regulatory compliance, manages risks, compliance with secretarial standards and supports the board of directors in fulfilling their governance responsibilities. The individual in this role acts as the key liaison between the board, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
