Role Overview

Senior Meta Ads Manager

Experience in the Skin, Hair, Cosmetic, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale Meta (Facebook + Instagram) performance campaigns for skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.
• Manage

  high-budget ad spends (upto ₹50L per month)

  with strong control on CPL, CPA, and conversion quality.
• Build, test, and optimize

  CBO/ABO structures

  , custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels.
• Manage tracking hygiene:

  Pixel setup, Events Manager structure, attribution windows, offline conversions, UTM-based tracking

  , etc.
• Analyse lead flow, lead quality, and appointment conversions in collaboration with sales & CRM teams.
• Work closely with the creative team to guide

  ad visual strategy, messaging, and audience insights

  .
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and scaling recommendations.
• Identify new opportunities for campaign expansion across new cities, services, and funnels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Meta Ads experience

  (agency or brand-side).
• Proven experience handling

  large-scale budgets

  in performance-driven sectors.
• Strong understanding of

  lead generation optimisation, attribution, and iOS14+ impact

  .
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in

  skin, hair, dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, beauty or wellness industry

  is a

  major plus

  .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
