Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and client-focused – Business Development to join our growing team. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with our partner clients, understanding their project requirements, coordinating with internal teams for solutioning, and ensuring smooth execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing, proposal discussions, and account growth within an agency or B2B services environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all agency partners, understanding their ongoing and new project needs Collaborate with internal Pre-Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to craft solutions tailored to partner agency requirements Lead proposal discussions, including scope definition, pricing alignment, and negotiations Manage end-to-end project lifecycle ownership — from requirement gathering to final delivery coordination Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account expansion Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue. Maintain accurate project and communication records using CRM and project management tools Work closely with leadership to align on account strategies and business growth plans Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field 3–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business development, preferably in an agency or B2B services environment Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, proposals, and client requirements simultaneously Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or IT service delivery processes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to collaborate effectively across internal departments and manage client expectations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM and project management tools Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or within digital marketing or web/mobile development agencies Understanding of project scoping, estimation, and client onboarding processes Ability to analyze agency partner needs and translate them into actionable solutions Why Join Wildnet Technologies?
