The Implementation Lead will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, address their concerns, and deliver superior customer satisfaction. Configuration & Workflow Design Proficient in configuring UI components , designing workflows , and implementing business rules and conditions that align with client-specific use cases. Skilled at simplifying complex configurations for non-technical stakeholders.
