  • Analyze student, pipeline, and agent performance data to reveal trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Move beyond reporting-deliver insights that shape strategy and influence behavior.
  • Partner with regional and sales leaders to turn your analysis into tangible outcomes.

Lead commercial and incentive modelling

  • Build pricing, commission, and bonus models that balance ROI and enrolment growth.
  • Conduct scenario and trade-off modelling to guide strategic decisions.
  • Inform global and regional incentive frameworks with robust commercial logic.

Champion data integrity and clarity

  • Ensure alignment and accuracy across Salesforce, Studylink, Power BI, and other systems.
  • Help drive CRM adoption and embed data culture into daily sales operations.
  • Create intuitive dashboards and visual insights that sales teams use.

Strengthen forecasting and planning

  • Align forecasts with real pipeline data and leading indicators-not assumptions.
  • Create rolling forecasts to support agile decisions on scholarships, campaigns, and investment.
  • Provide regular commercial insights to improve forecast accuracy and predictability.

Build strong commercial partnerships

  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Regional, and Divisional teams.
  • Offer clear, timely, data-backed advice that informs decisions and accelerates performance.
  • Translate complexity into powerful, actionable narratives.

Drive continuous improvement

  • Simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and automate where it counts.
  • Enhance reporting, pricing workflows, and sales enablement tools.
  • Contribute to a culture of speed, accountability, and data-driven enablement.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree in business, finance, analytics, economics, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in sales analytics, commercial finance, or business partnering
  • Strong data modelling and reporting capabilities (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of CRM/pipeline systems (Salesforce ideal)
  • Ability to turn data into compelling commercial stories
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • High commercial acumen and understanding of sales performance drivers
  • Experience in international education or multi-region sales
  • Exposure to incentive modelling, pricing frameworks, or forecasting
  • Familiarity with digital sales enablement and automation
