Student Recruitment Coordinator - India About the role The Student Recruitment Coordinator will facilitate the admissions function for Navitas Careers and Industry Division (C&I), working for CSUSM, SAE and ACAP colleges, as well as the broader Admissions and Compliance teams. The Student Recruitment Coordinator will work alongside team members to carry out the role of processing international student applications via a defined series of processes and systems, establishing strong links with destination-based colleagues and regional teams throughout the world. Key Responsibilities Management and monitoring of the college pipeline alongside the in-market sales staff. Calling on leads generated from event participation - In-person and virtual. Participate in recruitment activity for a targeted cohort of stakeholders by region. Attending and coordinating recruitment events nationally with some limited international travel if necessary. Talk to stakeholders and keep them updated on programs and options. Maintain Biweekly records of activities and publishing reports. Agents, students, and regional teams are always updated and kept abreast of developments. Updates regularly SF Records and Email Communications with accuracy. Sustainable and productive working relationships are developed with regional teams, the colleges, and agents. Individual and team targets are achieved. Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Bachelor s Degree Experience in a process driven customer-focused environment, and ability to manage own work under pressure and timelines. Understanding of the Higher Education Industry and knowledge of university and/or pathway admissions criteria. Strong written and verbal English, Computer literacy along with Outlook and effective interpersonal skills CRM knowledge, knowledge of languages other than English and local language Team player, can-do mentality, resilient, respectful of other cultures, and a conviction towards best customer service Ability and willingness to travel in country and overseas. Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required to support recruitment activities both locally and internationally.
