Admissions Officer

• Maintain and update student records in CRM and Student Information Systems (Study Link and Banner).
• Process applications through Study Link within defined turnaround times (TAT), ensuring timely offers and accurate reporting.
• Collect and organize student documents to facilitate smooth and compliant enrolment processes.
• Complete full enrolment processing, including issuance of Confirmation of Enrolments (CoEs) via PRISMS.
• Assess international student applications, including academic qualifications, GTE/GS criteria, and visa compliance requirements.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with students, education agents, and key internal stakeholders via email.
• Provide expert guidance on academic entry requirements and international qualifications using frameworks such as NOOSR and UK ECCTIS.
• Perform general administrative duties as required to support the admissions and recruitment teams.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in admissions, ideally within the higher education or international education sector.
• Strong knowledge of PRISMS and the international student admissions process.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Study Link preferred) and managing student data systems.
• Solid understanding of Australian student visa regulations, including GTE and Genuine Student (GS) assessments.
• High attention to detail in data entry and document verification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with students, agents, and internal stakeholders across various markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing complex admissions scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
