Digital Campaign Manager

About the Role

  • Lead the development and execution of domestic and international digital lead generation strategies.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
    1. Google Ads
    2. Social Advertising (Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
    3. Spotify
    4. Display, YouTube, Programmatic Advertising, and other relevant channels
  • Manage campaign tracking and reporting to maximize conversion rates throughout the student recruitment funnel.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to deliver best-practice creative assets and landing pages for high-quality lead generation.
  • Leverage data from CMS, marketing automation, and CRM platforms to inform strategies and enhance ROI for future campaigns.
  • Provide digital marketing consultation to individual Navitas colleges.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver weekly campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate updates, optimizations, and best practices to internal stakeholders.
  • Document lead generation and conversion workflows as needed.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in digital marketing, with hands-on paid campaign management.
  • Proven expertise in search and social advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager).
  • Solid understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and other key social platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in digital lead generation strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing or a related field.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in international education marketing.
  • Experience writing compelling ad copy.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Experience managing programmatic digital campaigns.
  • Project management skills.
