Role Overview

Head of Engineering / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

You won’t just be building tech—you’ll be shaping the future of executive intelligence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Platform Engineering

• Lead the design and architecture of a scalable, secure, and modular platform
• Oversee the development of backend systems using

  Golang, Echo, MongoDB, MySQL

• Implement robust microservices, APIs, and containerized infra using

  Docker, Kubernetes, Krakend

Generative AI & ML Integration

• Build, fine-tune, and deploy

  LLMs

  ,

  Diffusion Models

  ,

  RAG pipelines

  , and

  AI agents

• Leverage and integrate APIs from

  OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Anthropic

  , etc.
• Collaborate with data science and product teams to implement AI-powered recommendations, insights, and user flows
• Maintain performance, latency, and cost-effectiveness of production-grade AI models
• Ensure ethical, explainable AI use and governance across all systems

Full-Stack Leadership

• Drive hands-on development, infrastructure scaling, and release cycles
• Manage

  auth/messaging systems

  with

  Keycloak

  and

  NATs

• Set up observability tools like

  Grafana, Prometheus, Loki

  for system health & performance

Strategic Ownership

• Translate business goals into a technical vision and roadmap
• Collaborate closely with Founders, Product, and Marketing to align GTM and tech execution
• Build and mentor a high-performing in-house and partner tech team
