Chief Technology Officer

As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Technology Head, you will play a crucial role in scaling complex B2B SaaS/ERP platforms. Here is what is expected from you: - Must be based out of Delhi NCR/Gurugram and open to working from the office. - Should possess a minimum of 12+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in B2B SaaS/ERP product companies in a hands-on technology leadership capacity. - Deep experience in architecting and scaling cloud-native enterprise platforms, including multi-tenant, API-driven, and modular backends. - Extensive experience in handling complex data models such as multi-entity hierarchy, workflows, permissions, accounting, approvals, ensuring backend robustness, data integrity, and configurability. - Proven experience in large-scale enterprise integrations including CRM, Accounting, HRMS, SCM, SSO, APIs, and Compliance Layers. - Experience in managing or modernizing large engineering teams, with direct responsibility for platform scalability, performance, and reliability. - Hands-on technical depth with the ability to review code, guide architectural decisions, and balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision. - Compensation offered is up to 1.5 Cr (80% fixed, 20% variable/ESOP). In addition to the above requirements, the current tech team size is approximately 150+, and the role reports directly to the CEO. The company is targeting 3x growth and an IPO in the next 3 years.,
